Murder Mystery 2 codes (October 2026): do any exist?

Short answer: there are no Murder Mystery 2 codes right now. As of 19 October 2026, no code works, and all the known knife codes have expired. Instead, the Halloween 2026 event is running in the game with free rewards.

Are there any current Murder Mystery 2 codes

We checked several independent sources:

• The game's wiki, on its Codes page, says outright that there are no working codes.
• Pocket Tactics, in its update from 16 October 2026, also lists no active code.
• PCGamesN, in its latest update (June 2026), likewise lists no active code.

One codes site still mentions a single "working" code, but neither the wiki nor any other source confirms it. That is why we do not list it here. As soon as the developer releases a new code, we will add it to this article.

Codes that no longer work

Codes in MM2 used to give mostly regular knives, and once a pet. All the codes below have expired:

According to the wiki, Combat II is the only code from the Season 1 era, and Pumpkin (2017) is the only pet you could ever get from a code. Entering these codes today will only show you an error message.

How to enter a code in Murder Mystery 2

The code box is still in the game, so it is worth knowing where to find it:

1. Launch Murder Mystery 2 on Roblox.
2. Click the Inventory button on the left side of the screen.
3. Type the code into the code box (in the bottom right corner of the inventory).
4. Click Redeem.

Old MM2 codes mixed letters with digits (0 instead of O, 3 instead of E), so copy any new code character by character.

What to do instead of codes: Halloween 2026

According to the wiki, the Halloween 2026 event started on 18 October 2026 and will run until 16 November 2026. This is the easiest time to get free items:

• Candies instead of coins. Throughout the event, only Candies appear on the maps. You collect them in every round.
• A pass with 30 levels. The first level is free, and you buy the next ones with Candies. The rewards include the Halloween Key, knives, guns and effects, and at the end the ancient Emberbow.
• Halloween Box. A box that costs 600 Candies or 1 Halloween Key, with 12 guns you can win (the godly Embersickle has a 0.2% chance).
• Daily quests. Three per day, refreshing at 8:00 UTC (10:00 CEST, and 9:00 CET after the clock change on 25 October). They give extra Candies, and the event quests give exclusive items.
• Bingo. A 3x3 board with challenges for all roles, and the rewards are effects and toys.
• The Cauldron. The Embersickle from the box plus the Emberbow from the pass make Emberscythe when combined.

Where to look for new codes

According to the wiki, codes were almost always announced by the game's developer, Nikilis, on his X account. Destructoid lists his accounts: @NikilisRBX on X and @Nikilis on YouTube. Pocket Tactics also recommends the game's official Discord server. The game description on Roblox points to the developer's profile, which has links to his pages. Check there before you believe a video about a "new code".

Watch out for scams

Valuable weapons circulate in MM2, so scammers like to promise a "godly code" or a "code generator". Every such site is bait. You enter a code only in the game, in the inventory, and nobody needs your password for it. If someone tells you to log in on a strange site or download a program, close it.
