Pick a game, pick an item and add it to the cart. At checkout you give us your Roblox nickname so we know who to hand the goods to. You can also order through our Discord if you would rather just talk to a person.

Usually a few minutes after the payment clears. When we are busy it can take up to 20 minutes. In rare cases, for example when we have to source something, we reserve up to 12 hours, and we always say so in your order channel.

After payment you get a private Discord channel for you and our staff. We agree on a server, join the game together and hand the item over directly. For currency and accounts we sometimes pass login details, which you change to your own straight away.

No, and we never ask for it. Items and currency reach you inside the game. If somebody claiming to be us asks for your password, it is a scam: report it to us on Discord.

Yes, our staff works seven days a week. Response times are slower overnight, but your order is never lost.

We price in Polish zloty and that is what gets charged. If you visit from abroad the site shows an approximate amount in euro, dollars or pounds using the daily European Central Bank rate, but the payment itself is in zloty.

Yes. No checkout fee and no delivery charge. What you see on the card is what you pay.

No. We only take money payments through HotPay. We sell Robux, we do not accept them as payment.

Yes. We post them on our Discord, usually alongside sales and giveaways. Enter the code in the cart and the price updates immediately.

From ordinary play and from trading with other players. We do not duplicate items and we do not use exploits or cheats. That is why rare items sometimes run out and have to be restocked.

We refund you. Every order has its own Discord channel with the full conversation, so there is never a dispute about what was handed over and when.

Trading items off platform is something the Roblox terms restrict. We hand everything over inside the game through normal player to player trading and we never touch your account settings. The risk cannot be reduced to zero and we would rather you knew that before buying.

For buying through the site, yes. An account lets us tie the order to the right person, deliver to the right nickname and give you order history and support. Ordering through Discord needs no site account.

We take them straight from the games. Secret and mythic are the top tier, chroma and ancient come from Murder Mystery 2, and permanent means a Blox Fruits fruit that stays on the account for good. Rarity is on the product card and you can sort the list by it.

Our prices already include the 30 percent tax Roblox takes on group payouts. The number on the card is what actually lands on your account, with no surprise after the transaction.
