In Steal a Brainrot only one thing matters: how much money per second your base makes. Below you will find a ranking of the Brainrots with the highest income, an explanation of the rarities, and how mutations can turn an average Secret into a money machine. All the numbers come from the Steal a Brainrot wiki and are current as of October 2026.

Before we get to the ranking, here is a quick cheat sheet for the abbreviations. The game uses English shorthand and it is easy to get lost in it:
- K is a thousand,
- M is a million,
- B is a billion,
- T is a trillion,
- Qa is a quadrillion.
Every Brainrot has a base income, which is how much it earns with no extras. The ranking below is based on exactly that. The game's developers change these values regularly: Strawberry Elephant has already been buffed six times, from 250M $/s to the current 750M $/s. So in a few weeks the numbers may look different.
Rarities in Steal a Brainrot
The rarity tells you how often a Brainrot shows up on the Red Carpet (the red carpet you buy them from) and what income range it has. This is how it looks according to the wiki:
- Common: 1-14 $/s, price from $25. This is more than half of all spawns, about 55%.
- Rare: 15-75 $/s, they still show up very often.
- Epic: 75-325 $/s, typical early game.
- Legendary: 200 $/s to 1.9K $/s.
- Mythic: 2K-18.7K $/s, they spawn noticeably less often.
- Brainrot God: 19K-323K $/s. When one appears, the game says its name out loud.
- Secret: from 315K $/s up to 425M $/s. This is the biggest group, over 200 Brainrots, and without Server Luck or Admin Abuse they show up very rarely.
- OG: the rarest rarity in the game, only a few Brainrots. They can appear on the Red Carpet with an extremely low chance, even with Server Luck.
Besides that, there are limited rarities from events, such as Admin, Taco, Spooky or Festive. They mostly come from Lucky Blocks.
Ranking: Brainrots with the highest income
Here is the top of the game by base income. At this level, every single one is hugely rare.
- Spyder Elephant (OG): 1B $/s, in-game price 1T. A variant of Strawberry Elephant that you can only get when the Spyder Chain item is in the game's shop.
- Strawberry Elephant (OG): 750M $/s, price 750B. The first OG in the game's history. Keeping it in your base unlocks the Strawberry Base skin.
- Meowl (OG): 600M $/s, price 650B.
- Headless Horseman (OG): 600M $/s, price 600B. It was promoted to OG in the Divine Admin Machine update.
- John Pork (OG): 500M $/s, price 500B.
- Skibidi Toilet (OG): 450M $/s, price 450B.
- Dragon Cannelloni (Secret): 250M $/s, price 250B. It used to earn 100M, then 200M $/s, and today it is one of the strongest Secrets. The wiki lists the Red Carpet as the place where you can get it.
The game's creator, Sammy, deliberately keeps the OG rarity special. So for most players, good Secrets are the realistic goal.
Mid-tier Secrets
You see these Brainrots on servers much more often than OGs, and they can still boost your base income a lot. Here are a few examples that often show up in trades:
- Eviledon: 31.5M $/s, price 3.85B. It comes from the Witch Fuse and the Fishing event.
- Los Planitos: 18.5M $/s, price 2.75B. It comes from the Brainrot Trader machine.
- Los Combinasionas: 15M $/s, price 2B. A smaller version of La Grande Combinasion, obtained from Los Lucky Blocks.
- La Grande Combinasion: 10M $/s, price 1B. One of the oldest Secrets, in the game since Update 04.
On the other end of the scale is La Vacca Saturno Saturnita, the most common Secret in the game. Even so, without Server Luck or Admin Abuse it still shows up very rarely.
Mutations: why a weaker Brainrot can earn more
The base income ranking is only half the story. Every Brainrot can have one mutation, which multiplies its earnings. The list below follows the wiki page about mutations (October 2026):
- Permanent: Gold 1.25x (10% chance on the Red Carpet), Diamond 1.5x (5%), Rainbow 10x (1%).
- From events: Bloodrot 2x, Candy 4x, Lava 6x, Galaxy 7x, Yin Yang 7.5x, Radioactive 8.5x, Cursed 9x, Divine 10x, Cyber 11x, Phantom 12x, Crystal 13x and the newest, Eclipse 14x, added on 2 October 2026.
Event mutations have a chance to appear on Brainrots during their event. According to the wiki, the newest ones switch on every half hour.
On top of that there are Traits. Unlike mutations, one Brainrot can have several of them at once. For example, the Fire and Nyan traits give 5x each.
How it is calculated
Mutation and trait multipliers add up, and the result multiplies the base income. The wiki shows this with the example of Ventoliero Pavonero (65M $/s base):
- with the Cyber mutation (11x) and the Fire trait (5x), the multiplier is 16x,
- that gives about 1.04B $/s, which is more than the base Spyder Elephant.
That is why, when choosing what to keep in your base, look at the actual income on the Brainrot's card, not just its name.
What this means in practice
A few takeaways that will be useful at every stage of the game:
- Don't sell blindly. A Brainrot with a good mutation or several traits can be worth many times more than a regular one of the same type.
- Keep the Brainrots you need for rebirth. Some of them look weak, but without them you can't go to the next level. You will find the list in our Steal a Brainrot beginner's guide.
- Trade carefully. With expensive Brainrots, scams are easy, so before you trade, read how trading works in Roblox games.
