How to buy Roblox items in DzikShop: step by step

Buying a Roblox game item in DzikShop works the same way whether you order on the website or on Discord: you pick an item, you pay, and the staff hands it over to your account in the game. Below is the whole way step by step, along with what to watch out for.

First, the important part: we only need your username

For delivery, all we need is your Roblox username. We never ask for a password, an SMS code or any login details. The item reaches you through a trade or in the game, so it is just like a friend giving it to you.

Way 1: ordering on the website

1. Pick a game in the shop, for example Grow a Garden or Steal a Brainrot.
2. Add the item to your cart and set the amount. For limited items you can see how many are left.
3. Go to checkout. You need a shop account to place an order, so there is a place to show its status and your chat with the staff.
4. Choose a payment method. The summary shows the provider's fee and the final amount before you pay anything.
5. Pay on the HotPay provider's page and come back to the shop. The order changes status once the payment is registered.
6. Receive your item. The staff takes over the order, writes to you in the chat attached to the order and hands over the item in the game.

Way 2: ordering on Discord

On the DzikShop server there is a channel with a button for placing orders.

1. Click the order button and pick a game from the list.
2. Pick an item and the amount. For limited items the bot shows how many are available.
3. In the form, enter your Roblox username and choose a payment method from the ones available at checkout.
4. The bot gives you a payment link. After you pay, you get your own order channel, where the staff arranges the handover of the item with you.

Ordering on Discord can be more convenient if you are there anyway: everything happens in one place, including the chat about delivery.

What the delivery itself looks like

We hand over most items in the game: a staff member joins your server and does a trade with you, or gives you the item in the way that the given game allows. That is why you sometimes need to be in the game at an agreed time. You usually wait a few minutes for the handover after the payment is registered. At the busiest times, in the evenings and on weekends, it can take longer, because the staff hands items over one by one.

Payments and fees

Payments are handled by HotPay, an online payment provider. The shop does not see your card or bank account details: you pay on the provider's page, and we only get the information that the payment has arrived.

• Online bank transfer and card: the lowest provider fee.
• Methods that work without a bank account: convenient, but with a clearly higher fee.

You can always see the exact amount before you pay. There are no extra charges added afterwards.

What if something goes wrong

• Didn't pay right away? The order expires on its own after a while, and the items go back to the shop. You can place a new one.
• Paid, but nothing is happening? Write in the chat attached to the order or in the order channel on Discord. Every payment is recorded with an order number, so it can be found.
