Brookhaven RP: Wellness Update, Hospital and Halloween (October 2026)

Brookhaven RP follows a rhythm of one bigger update per week, and the last three Fridays are a good example. First the military, then the hospital, and on 16 October a spa arrived. Below is everything that came out, as of 19 October 2026.

Wellness Update (16 October)

The newest update has a spa and relaxation theme. The game's page on Roblox describes it as a new wellness estate and a free house, 7 new props and a new smoothie tumbler tool. The details are listed in the changelog on the wiki.

Here is what you get:

• New Estate: an underground grotto, an indoor pool, a sauna and a Brookhaven record player, plus extras.
• New free house: a bungalow with an open plan and yoga mats inside and outside.
• Wellness Props: Sauna Stones, Smoothie Blender, Singing Bowl, Water Dispenser, California Palm, Rattan Papasan Chair and Wooden Peg Sign.
• New tool: Smoothie Tumbler.

If you like building cosy houses on a private server, this set of props does the job. The pool, sauna and palm tree are a ready-made base for your own spa.

Hospital Refresh (9 October)

A week earlier, the hospital was rebuilt. According to the official Brookhaven website, the building was changed and new rooms were added, including an operating room and a laboratory.

On top of that came 8 tools: Thermometer, Crutches, Bouquet of Flowers, Cleaning Trolly, Stethoscope, and the refreshed Pill Bottle, Gurney and Wheelchair. The changelog also lists renewed vehicles: the Ambulance and Rescue Helicopters. For fans of hospital roleplay, this is the best set of props in a long time.

Military Update and Villa (2 October)

Friday 2 October brought two things at once. The first is the Military Base: a house with a missile launcher, a helicopter landing pad and other extras. The second is the Villa House, a free house with a vineyard feel.

For vehicles, the Armored Carrier and MRAP Vehicle were added. Among the tools there is the RPG Tool, which lets you launch yourself into the air. There are also 4 military props and 5 props for decorating your house.

What's next: Halloween

On 10 October, the site ObbyDesk pointed to an entry in the event list on the game's page. According to it, Halloween is due to start on 23 October and run until 6 November. It is worth confirming the date on the game's page, because it may have changed. We do not know the content yet. The developers have not described what exactly will be added, so there is no point in guessing. The best thing is to check the game's page on Friday.

Updates usually come out on Friday afternoon Eastern US time, which is evening in Europe. You can check the exact time on the game's page.
